If you are new to LCS and not written an exam with us before, please register through LCMS. You will need an exam session ID number from your training provider and an email address to register for an exam.
If you have written and passed an exam with LCS in the past, you will have been assigned a certificate number, found on the bottom left of your certificate. This number is necessary as proof that you have the prerequisites required for other ITIL® courses. Login to LCMS and always review the information in your candidate profile to ensure it’s up to date.
