A Candidate Personal Information Form must be completed and submitted. Once received at our office, the information is manually entered, slowing down the process of marking, recording and sending out the results of your exam.

This number is given to the exam student by the training provider when they have signed up for an ITIL® course. The student must use this number to register for an exam. An Exam Session ID is a 6 digit number.

If you are rewriting your exam, please contact the ITIL® Order Desk and they will send you the session number needed to sign up for an exam.
