All of the above will be available for re-sits until June 30, 2011.

Class Size Alert for Intermediate ITIL Courses

As of May 27th, 2010 Accredited Training Organizations are permitted to have a class teacher ration of 1:18 (previously 1:12).

Other ratios remain unchanged; that is 1:25 for Foundation courses and 1:16 for the Managers Bridge Course.

LCS turns GREEN…

All exam certificates issued after July 1, 2010 will be in electronic format at no cost to the exam candidate.

Exam candidates will be able to view their certificate (and print if required) upon successful completion of their exam.
Exam candidates may request a paper copy available for $ 25 (USD).

Benefits of electronic certificates (for exam candidates)

ACCESS: view or print your certificate at any time of day or night.

FLEXIBLE: view or print your certificate as many times as you wish.

Additional Information

By providing exam candidates with access to their certificates electronically we have eliminated a number of phone calls and emails that your order desk receives daily.

To Print E-Certificate:

Currently, exam candidates may print their own certificate by completing this process

1. Go to LCMS Exam registration web site, https://lcms.lcsexams.com/

2. Log-in to the system, beside the marked exam click on the certificate button.

To Order a Paper Copy (as of JULY 1, 2010)

Exam candidates may order a paper copy of their exam by completing the following process (AS OF JULY 1)

1. Go to LCMS Exam registration web site, https://lcms.lcsexams.com/

2. Log-in to the system, beside the marked exam select the option to purchase the paper copy of the exam.

3. The sytem will permit them to pay on-line.
